Every journal and reset I create is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and discover your inner wisdom one word at a time. I want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Digital Products
Because my journals, resets, and audio downloads are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
If you experience any of the following, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help:
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
Your download link does not work.
Your files are damaged or incomplete.
You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase.
Whenever possible, I will resolve the issue by providing a replacement download before considering a refund.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently, please contact your payment provider immediately and then reach out to me so I can assist.
